Products & Descriptions

We take care to ensure all product descriptions and images are accurate. As our garments are hand-dyed and hand-embroidered, slight variations in colour or embroidery are natural and part of the uniqueness of each piece. These variations are not considered faults.

Orders & Acceptance

• All prices are listed in AUD

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase

• Orders are only confirmed once payment is received and processed

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (including due to stock availability or pricing errors)

Payments

We accept payments via the methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.

Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days

• All orders are shipped from Melbourne, VIC, Australia

• Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier

• Delivery Responsibility - EthniCottons takes care in packaging and dispatching all orders. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us so we can investigate and work with the courier to resolve the issue in line with Australian Consumer Law.
  
  

Returns & Exchanges

Our Returns & Exchanges Policy forms part of these Terms.

• Returns or exchanges must be requested within 21 days of receiving your order

• Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original condition

• Shipping costs are non-refundable

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
